3 Day Birmingham Cardiac Diet - Quick Weight Loss Diet

5 saltine crackers
1 ounce cheddar cheese
1 apple

Lunch

Tea or coffee (no cream or sugar)
1 egg (tough-boiled)
1 piece of toast

Dinner

1 cup tuna
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup beets
1 cup melon
1/2 cup ice cream

Are You Kidding Me?

Any diet that recommends hot dogs (beef franks) and ice cream just about every night doesn't seem extremely scientific to me. This is just one more fad diet that might trigger some weight loss simply because of low calories.
